Bro. Adubi chose Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., for a number of reasons:
In my life, I’ve oftentimes been on the receiving end of being underestimated. I’ve faced adversity and had to learn how to adapt in order to overcome challenges. My Fraternity’s emphasis on inclusivity resonates with me because I was oftentimes denied opportunities for characteristics outside of my control. Additionally, as a Nigerian, I am proud to be a member of a Fraternity that saw value in uplifting communities and enhancing the quality of life for Brothers not just in the United States but also in Africa and all over the world. Lastly, my personal relationships with Brothers of Sigma further reinforced that this organization was meant for me. I am proud to be a member of an organization that is a driving force of change.
