Bro. Sarn Bien-Aime

Bro. Sarn Bien-Aime is the Chief Revenue Officer of Federal Resources Corporation (FRC). In 2.5 years, he has grown the Revenue of the company from $2.5 million to $30 million; providing cybersecurity hardware, software, and IT professional services to the US Government. Bro. Bien-Aime’s effort earned FRC recognition from Inc. Magazines 500/5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America. He is equally proud that the same year, FRC was recognized by its employees as A Great Place to Work®. Bro. Bien-Aime was initiated into Phi Beta Sigma via Beta Alpha Chapter in Fall 1998.

Bro. Bien-Aime was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti and immigrated to the United States in 1986. Originally, he arrived in Brooklyn, NY, but ultimately migrated to Boston, MA. With humble beginnings, Bro. Bien-Amie studied hard in order to improve his family’s circumstances. He wanted to be a physician and pursued that path with great vigor. Bro. Bien-Aime earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1999 from Tufts University. He earned a Master’s in Neuroscience from the University of Hartford in 2002.

After earning two science degrees, Bro. Bien-Aime realized his heart was not in becoming a physician. He had no Plan B. So, he spent the next 3 years in Montgomery Maryland County Public Schools teaching various high school science courses and leading a study group for students interested in healthcare careers.  An opportunity materialized, and he went to work for Lockheed Martin.  Bro. Bien-Aime served in various roles in Lockheed’s Corporate Environment Safety and Health organization for 4.5 years before moving into Finance and Business Operations for his final 2.5 years while earning his MBA from the University of Maryland in 2012. Bro. Bien-Aime found his passion for leadership and business management, enjoying both the challenges of crafting and executing winning strategies, and most of all, mentoring and developing the people within his organization.

The opportunity came to join the cybersecurity industry and Bro. Bien-Aime took a leadership role in McAfee’s Public Sector Sales Operations organization in 2012.  There he learned about managing sales organizations and effective selling. He eventually moved into relationship management and sales leadership roles at various companies over the next 6 years before the leadership opportunity with FRC came to fruition in 2018. Bro. Bien-Aime shares that:
